LEATHERMAN

A week or so ago I got together with writer Kirk Kardashian to go shoot an editorial job for 7-Days out of Burlington.  The assignment was a local fellow named Kim Rilleau, a lifelong custom  leather sandal maker originally from Privincetown, Massachusetts.  Kim's shop was steeped in history and it was also cool that one of his personal friends was Joel Meyerowitz, yeah that Joel Meyerowitz of photography fame.  Kim once made a leather photo bag for Joel.  Cool.  You can read the 7-Days story HERE.  Below are a few out takes from the shoot.

The Finished Product

An update from a previous post.  About a month ago I shot a few portraits of local author Herb Kavet for a book cover that was being designed.  Kim Cheswick, the art director and designer of the project over at Kismet Creative just emailed me the finished product.  Looks great.
