Ski Magazine Resort Guide.

Once again it's that time of year. My first published images are out. SKI magazine resort guide. One shot from Cannon, one from Loon and one from Jay Peak. The Cannon and Jay images might give the worlds smallest published photo a run for it's money and the image from Loon isn't that far behind. But a published image is money in the bank so I'm not complaining.

On a side note, I have an exciting new venture on the horizon. I'll release the news when things get closer to being finalized.

4 Stories for 7 Days.

A few weeks ago I went on a 7 Days shooting spree. Four stories in two days. (although one stop covered two stories)

First up was a portrait of local restaurateur Chy Tuckerman, for the "Grilling the Chef" column. Chy owns and operates Angkor Wat, a Cambodian restaurant right here in Woodstock.

Second story was on the efforts to save the local West Rutland landmark, Wilson Castle. You can read the history of the Castle HERE. The Castle is really a cool place to shoot but is definitely suffering from neglect.

Terry Cavacas in front of the Castle. Terry is leading the efforts to restore the Castle.

Third up was a visit to the Chaffee Art Center where I would end up shooting two stories. One was a general profile piece on the Art Center and second was on the new exhibit featuring the original works of Henry Gorski from the personal collection of Dr. Albert Levis.

The Good Doctor and the work of Gorski which was yet to be hung.

Cover.

Just a shameless plug. You can check out one of my images on the cover of Eastern Fly Fishing Magazine. I got the call about a month ago but it just hit the newsstands now. The image was shot on the same river that flows right through my backyard, the Ottauquechee. Not really known for outstanding fishing, the Otta does have a few good holes and does hide some monster holdovers if you know where to look.

enjoy.
